We proudly organised International Yoga Day 2025 on June 21st with great enthusiasm and active participation from students, faculty, and staff. The event aimed to promote the importance of yoga in daily life for physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
The program began with a brief inaugural address, followed by a guided yoga session led by experienced instructors. Various yoga asanas and breathing exercises were demonstrated, emphasizing the theme “Yoga for Self and Society.” The session concluded with a meditation practice and a pledge to incorporate yoga into everyday routine.
