The NSS Unit of our College organized a special program to observe World Mental Health Day on October 10, 2025, under the theme “Mental Health is a Universal Human Right.”

As part of the event, a guest lecture was delivered by
Prof. Aparna Agadi, who addressed the importance of mental health in academic and personal life. She emphasized self-awareness, emotional resilience, and the need to seek support without hesitation. Her insightful talk helped students understand the challenges surrounding mental health and ways to cope with stress and anxiety effectively.

The session was interactive and thought-provoking, encouraging students to open up about mental health issues and break the stigma attached to them.

Our College Principal
Smt.Neeta Gangaraddi Mam commended the initiative taken by the NSS Unit and stressed the importance of continued efforts in promoting mental wellness on campus.
